IN SANTA CRUZ: Panoramic city-tour and free afternoon:

Arrival at Viru Viru de Santa Cruz International Airport (Δ 400). Welcome and transfer to the city center. Panoramic tour of the city of Santa Cruz, called the "Eastern Capital", being today the economic center of the country. The city is located on the plains or Amazon plain and the Spanish checkerboard urbanization became circular like the rings of a tree trunk, leaving the "old town" or historical center, as the nucleus of this city that is in permanent growth. You can also discover the historical character of the city during a stroll through the Main Plaza 24 de Septiembre where the atrium of the cathedral is a meeting place for young people from Santa Cruz. Visit of Artecampo, an exhibition center for crafts of the Amazonian ethnic groups. SANTA CRUZ / SUCRE: Visit of the city during the afternoon:

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Santa Cruz airport and boarding to take the flight to Sucre (50 min approx.). Arrival in Sucre (Δ 2750). Transfer to the city center. Free lunch. Walk through the city of Sucre during the afternoon. The climate is pleasant, invites you to walk through the streets of this colonial city, the constitutional capital of Bolivia and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Departure to the main square, headquarters of the main institutions such as the Cathedral, the City Hall and the Prefecture.We will visit the facade of the Casa de la Libertad, cradle of the country's independence. Visit to the Museum of Indigenous Textile Art of the ASUR Foundation and the Mirador de la Recoleta, where the city was founded and where you will have a panoramic view of it. SUCRE / POTOSÍ: Visit of the city and the Casa de la Moneda / UYUNI:

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the city of Potosí (02h30 on the way - Δ 4100). Arrival and Visit to the historic center of the city: Main square and its adjacent streets, with old porticos of the colonial residences, as well as the facades of the monumental churches, including San Francisco and San Lorenzo, masterpieces of mestizo baroque architecture. Visit of the «Real Casa de la Moneda», where you will find all the information about the origin of the city, its colonial past and the exploitation of the mines. Lunch at a local restaurant. UYUNI / SALAR DE UYUNI: Visit of the Incahuasi Island / UYUNI:

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the mythical Salar de Uyuni in a private 4x4 vehicle and ride in the middle of this incredible place. On the way to the Salt Flat you will be able to observe the extraction and refining process of the salt. Lunch included. You will visit the Incahuasi Island, the most spectacular of all, where giant cactus grows (over 8m). The colors and contrasts are variable depending on the daylight that makes it particularly beautiful, interesting for photography lovers. An unforgettable moment to share in a group: an aperitif in the middle of the Salt Flat to enjoy the sunset. Then return to Uyuni and transfer to the hotel. Free dinner. Night in Uyuni.

UYUNI / LA PAZ: Visit of the city and the Valley of the Moon:

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Uyuni airport to take your flight to La Paz (01h flight). Arrival at El Alto airport and departure to the city center for a City tour that was specially designed to allow you to have the best view of the charms and cultural heritage of La Paz (Δ 3600). A colonial and republican circuit that begins in the Plaza Murillo, previously the city's main square, headquarters of the Government Palace, the Legislative Assembly and the Cathedral. You will continue to the famous Witches Market and the artisan market. Visit of the San Francisco cathedral, whose facade is decorated with indigenous symbols. Free lunch. Then, visit the Valley of the Moon. Descent towards the residential neighborhoods located in the South of the city, to enjoy a unique landscape with eroded sedimentary formations, giving the impression of being in a true lunar landscape among the fairy chimneys and rocky peaks. LA PAZ / TIWANAKU: Visit to the archaeological site / DESAGUADERO / PUNO:

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Tiwanaku (approx. 01:30). Considered as the “Cradle of the Andean Civilization”, this place is the testimony of a great civilization, developed in a high plateau environment. Ancient temples and palaces demonstrate impressive handling of construction in the areas of architecture, engineering, and astronomy. During its heyday, the city of Tiwanaku was the religious capital of a state that reached 600,000km2. Due to its historical importance in the cultural evolution of the American and Andean man, in particular, it was classified, by UNESCO, as a World Heritage Site. PUNO / LAKE TITICACA: Visit of the Uros and Taquile Islands / PUNO:

Early in the morning transfer to the Puno pier for our full day excursion on Lake Titicaca, where you will visit the islands of Uros and Taquile, located in the area of the Titicaca National Reserve, where its inhabitants continue to live like their ancestors, maintaining its customs and idiosyncrasy, but above all its communal life system. Lake Titicaca "the highest navigable lake in the world” (Δ 3809), constitutes the mythical cradle of the Tahuantinsuyo Empire. Lunch included in a rustic lodge managed by the inhabitants of Taquile, here you will taste the trout caught in the lake. Return To the city of Puno and transfer to the hotel. Free dinner. PUNO / CUSCO: Visits en route (Pukará + Raqchi + Andahuaylillas):

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the bus station to take the Tourist Bus to the Imperial city of Cusco (approximately 11 hours - 350 km), this route includes a stop for lunch and three visits on route. At our first stop we will cross the Altiplano and numerous tourist sites such as Pukará and its lithic museum; Then Raqchi and his temple to the god Wiracocha; and finally Andahuaylillas and its "Sistine Chapel" in Latin America. CUSCO: City Tour and Visit to the 4 nearby ruins - Free afternoon:

CUSCO / VALLE SAGRADO: Visit of the ruins and the Pisaq market, in addition to the Ollantaytambo fortress:

Departure to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, The visit will start at the local market and then the archaeological site of Pisaq (Δ 2 970), one of the most important and visited archaeological sites of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, which assumes the shape of the partridge from puna. Písac is divided into two areas, the old one, located in the upper part, is an Inca archaeological site, and the current one, located in the valley, which dates back to colonial times. Free lunch. In the afternoon, visit to the Inca town and the Ollantaytambo fortress (Δ 2 792) standing on true Inca foundations: the distribution of the houses and the channels that supply glacial water to the town has remained identical despite of the years gone by. SACRED VALLEY / AGUAS CALIENTES: Visit to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu / CUSCO:

Breakfast at the hotel. Very early in the morning departure by train to Aguas Calientes, a town located at the foot of Machu Picchu. Upon arrival in town, ascent to the citadel by shared tourist bus. Guided tour of the site The stone citadel of Machu Picchu, one of the most imposing and impressive monumental complexes on the planet and recognized by UNESCO as a Cultural Heritage of Humanity, was a productive, administrative, religious and military center, in addition to the most complete with the perfection of Inca architecture. Then descent to the citadel on a shared tourist bus. Free lunch. In the afternoon, departure from the Aguas Calientes station to the Sacred Valley. Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Cusco airport to take your flight to Puerto Maldonado (approximately 55 min flight). Arrival at the Puerto Maldonado airport. Upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado, the Capital of Biodiversity of Peru, we will meet you at the airport. Then we will start our program, with a bus tour of the city.
Then we will go to the Puerto Capitanía, where our boat will wait for us in which we will navigate the Bajo Madre de Dios River (Serpenteante River), until we reach our hostel, located thirty kilometers from the city of Puerto Maldonado.
On the way, you will be able to observe rural land for agricultural and livestock activities near the city. If the weather is favorable, you will see colorful plants such as the giant-flowered heliconia, and the possibility of observing animals, such as ronsocos, alligators, aquatic turtles, herons, cormorants, carrion birds and birds of prey.
Upon arrival at our hostel, you will be greeted with a delicious nectar of tropical Amazon fruits and taken to your comfortable room (bungalow), reserved for the occasion. Once installed, a hearty included lunch will await you in our cozy, rustic-designed dining room.


In the afternoon, you will be led by our specialized guide through an interpretive trail conveniently signposted towards the Cocha Caimán, a small lagoon where you will have the possibility to watch the black and white caymans, efficient predators located at the top of the food chain, that live off the abundant water fauna of the lake, represented by fish species.

At the end of the afternoon, you will witness the spectacular sunset in the Amazon, an experience full of color in ranges and overwhelming intensities.
Upon returning to the hostel, a delicious dinner will be waiting for you and you will have free time to share unforgettable moments in our bar, equipped with an excellent table games room and provided with all the drinks you can imagine.
The nocturnal fauna will take care of lulling it to the melody of an infinity of songs and voices of various birds.


The birds of paradise will sing to wake you up renewed. A succulent breakfast included will provide you with the necessary energy for a morning full of new experiences.


After breakfast, we will start a walk into the deep forest, following prepared trails, conveniently preserved and signposted. On the way, we will cross the riparian forest towards higher forests, and then we will descend to flood forests, to go up again to hill forests. During the journey, we will see the most varied range of species of flora and fauna in the wild.
Along the way, we will identify species of fruit, forest and medicinal trees that support animal and human populations in the Amazon forests. Among these stand out the aguaje, the mahogany, the chestnut, the catahua, the cedar, the cético, the copaiba, the shihuahuaco.
With luck and in silence, you will be able to spot larger mammals, such as the sachavaca and the huangana; rodents like the giant otter, the ronsoco, the majaz and the armadillo; primates such as the preserve or howler monkey and the lion puffin, black martin or cappuccino; reptiles like iguana and jergón; amphibians such as the toad and birds such as the woodcock, the partridge, the golden parakeet and the blue, yellow and red macaw.
In the rain forest you will appreciate insects such as butterflies (Lepidoptera), beetles (Coleoptera), crickets, cicadas, ants, centipedes and millipedes of various species.
We arrive at the majestic Lake Apu Víctor surrounded by immense swamps and gigantic trees. Amazon viewpoint (huge observation platform), from which you will enjoy a panoramic view over the lake, observing Parrots, Macaws, Toucans, Camungos, Shanshos, Herons and other animals such as Alligators, Turtles, etc.
Varieties of fish enter Lake Apu Víctor with the floods of the rainy season (increasing). In addition, there are other species of fauna associated with the lake, such as the motelo, the matamata, the charapita de aguajal, the friar, the chozna, the red deer, the añuje and the giant otters of the Amazon Jungle.
On the way back to the hostel, a restorative lunch will be waiting for you.


In the afternoon, accompanied by our specialized guide, we will visit the Monkey Island, located a few minutes from the hostel in the heart of the Madre de Dios River. This island displays a huge variety of lush flora and is home to numerous primate specimens, such as the maquisapa, the capuchin, and the puffin. In addition to other small mammal species, such as the coati (Nasua), the squirrel and a huge variety of colorful birds.
Finally, we will complete our visit of the island by enjoying the sunset, with the most impressive sunset in the jungle.
Back at the hostel, you can enjoy an exquisite dinner included.


The magic begins with the songs of birds of the Amazonian paradise, waking up with the song of the howler monkey. A succulent breakfast included will provide you with the necessary energy for a morning full of new experiences.


After breakfast, we will start an adventure through the virgin jungle, with our local guide, we will take a walk into the deep forest: we will travel prepared trails of our interpretive circuit very well preserved. On the way, we will cross temporary watercourses called pipes, through bridges in very good condition and we will witness the widest range of species of flora and fauna in the wild. You will know a great variety of ornamental plants of incomparable beauty.

On the way to the Lost Lake, we will identify species of fruit, forest and medicinal trees that support animal populations in the Amazon forests.
With luck, we will be able to see larger mammals such as the jaguar or otorongo, the sachavaca and the huangana; rodents like the giant otter, the ronsoco, the majaz and the armadillo; primates such as the preserve or howler monkey and the puffin; reptiles like iguana and jergón; amphibians such as the toad and birds such as the woodcock, the partridge, the golden parakeet and the red, blue and yellow macaw.
The rivers leave behind wetland systems, lakes, lakes and meanders, such as the spectacular Lost Lake.

Once in the Lost Lake, we will ascend to a huge observation platform. From this viewpoint, you will appreciate the enormous surface that this magical place encompasses, where you can appreciate two types of aguajales: dense and mixed.
Then we will take a pleasant walk around the Lost Cocha and if luck is with you, you will be able to spot the “giant otter” Pteronurabrasiliensis, the largest of its kind and one of the most impressive animals in the Amazon.
Returned at the hostel you can enjoy an exquisite lunch included.
In the afternoon, free to take pictures around the hostel, you will also have the possibility to visit the botanical garden and observe our medicinal and fruit plants.
In the evening you can taste our delicious dinner included. If your body allows it, you can enjoy a fun night in our bar and games room.


As soon as you wake up you can taste a delicious breakfast in our dining room, after breakfast return to Puerto Maldonado. Transfer to the Ecoamazonia office to collect your things. At the indicated time, transfer to the Puerto Maldonado airport to take your plane back to Lima (approximately 2h50 with a stopover in Cusco). Free lunch. Arrival at Lima airport.
